RIP Peter Kakos

Post by DYP »

I know this happened two weeks ago, but anyways,,,

Condolences to the family of Peter Kakos.

Peter died suddenly at the age of 28 after battling a rare brain tumour. Peter was an integral part of Heidelberg United season 2001 championship side and his death leaves a void in all their hearts.

Deepest condolences to the Oakleigh Cannons Soccer Club and all of Peters family and friends.

The former 'Berger 2001 championship player will be honoured before the match between Heidelberg United and league leaders Oakleigh Cannon at the Olympic Village on Sunday, May 28 at 6:00pm, as a gesture of respect for his contribution to football in the VPL ranks.

Peter Kakos - Rest In Peace
