Need an Indoor /5-a-side team, Southern Suburbs

Just moved here from Melbourne, have played soccer for a long time and want to get back into it in Adelaide.
39 years old, reasonably fit but haven’t played for 6 months. Played indoor and outdoor, am a forward but can play anywhere really.
I’ll always turn up, but let you know if I can’t. Don’t want the cabernet kicked out of me, want to have a kick, keep fit, have fun, and a beer wouldn’t go astray, weeknights.
Also looking for an outdoor team, maybe The Cove FC or South Adelaide, maybe over 35’s so anyone who plays for them has an indoor team let me know.
Edit: 7-a-side would also be fine.
