The important thing here is the camera angle, on the other side you see him clearing his nose near the head of Hazard, but the other is it is few feet away.

Once the highway has finished digging it up and storing their equipment, etc. there it will be.
The older I get the better I was.

A far as I know it will still be used for community activities (ie wont be sold off for residential development).
