I never put it past Liverpool to win the home leg, just never expected Barcelona to not score.
Makes our (Huddersfield's) 5-0 loss earlier this season seem not so bad in hindsight.
Alisson was outstanding for Liverpool.

I must admit I too expected barcelona to get an away goal killing off the tie.

That can't possibly happen until 2023. I wonder if Liverpool will have ever won the Premier League by then.

I would if I could afford it. Just blown plenty on a few trips recently and I have to safeguard in case Labor win as well.

I think Tottenham will prevail and it will be a top Final. Liverpool may get ahead of themselves though after last night.

We are both going to be in trouble if that happens.

The Liverpool players just proved David Ike's theory of shape-shifting reptilians living among us,how else do you explain this mornings win,the task was humanly impossible-DNA test the whole club!Great achievement, now tell me who cant wait for the final.

Congrats on a great performance, especially with Firmino and Salah missing. If Messi doesn't really perform I think Barca are way past their best, but Liverpool were comfortably the better side over the two legs. Hoping for an EPL final. Well, praying actually, not that I believe in God. Except on a bottle of shiraz golf course where he/she's a prize champagne most of the time.

All English final in European Cup, if the same happens in Europe the best league will sure be no longer a debate.

However, whoever wins in Madrid will show the fallacy that it's the "champions" league.

That's your opinion, you're entitled to it.

However, the largest percentage of players in it are English.

Personally, I think the championship is better.

Just shows that it aint over till its over. Amazing two semis and a reflection of the highs and lows of the game we love so dearly.

To me EPL is the "toughest" league.

I wonder what odds you would have got on an all English final two days ago.

I wonder what odds you would've got for Barcelona self destructing and losing by 3 goals in 3 successive campaigns....mmmmmmmmm????

Well, Liverpool were 14/1 to go through. Spurs probably no more than 2/1.

So, 28/1?

Has a team from the same city ever won the Champions League and Europa in the same season?

I'm thinking maybe Real and Athletico.
