Juve smashed by Real, no surprise as they jagged their way past Spurs after being outplayed, no chance a team with Real's experience were going to fall into the same trap.

Hell, Ronaldo’s scissor-kick goal right up there with the best. Even Juve fans clapped.

And Ronaldo even missed a sitter which would have given him his hat-trick.

I'm sure that Nicky Tanner would have loved to be on here to laud Liverpool's performance this morning, but unfortunately he's taking an extended holiday

Chased and harried City's midfield out of their rhythm and showed their defence up for what it is, average.

Nice news to wake up to this morning, but even though a 3-0 lead is as good as you could ask for, I wont be celebrating a semi-final spot just yet, knowing City can turn it on at the flick of a switch at times.

And an honourable mention to the Scouse scumbags who, when City tried to park their bus, smashed it up and threw flares and rocks at it.

I hear an echo - he doesn't go on many junkets so that only leaves one other option.

Ha ha. Funny you should say that Bomber!

It’s still there today on my work drive-by, making the game look as silly as ever - “NEXT HOME GAME: ADELAIDE BLUE EAGLES v GALAXY”

Yesterday Birks, tomorrow the World, the next day the entire Galaxy! Maybe they are thinking bigger than you think there at Marden.

Maybe it's Liverpool's year? Playing well, getting the decisions and Barca going out.

Overall, Liverpool worthy winners, but I do wonder how different it might have been if they'd gone in two down.

Wow, Roma through, 3-0 against Barca.

And the absent Tanner would have been happy with the mug officials disallowing ManCity’s legit 2nd goal.

What a fool the 5th/6th statue of an official was! He was right there, yet stayed silent.

I agree Liverpool got a very lucky break with that disallowed goal, 2-0 to Man City would have been a verey different game.

Yeah it was certainly looking like we would be on the ropes if that was the case.

If you were a City supporter you would have to be disappointed with Guardiola getting sent off like that, very stupid to confront the ref at half time like that.

Still City had their decisions go their own way as well, Sterling should have been sent off for the kick out at Van Dijk and should have been booked for his dive.

I agree about Pep he certainly failed his players by getting sent off.

Quick question for any Roma fans on here, I notice they dont have a sponsor on their shirts is that to do with conflict of interest or sponsor not approved by UEFA?

I'm pretty sure Roma haven't had a shirt sponsor of any kind for over 5 years? No one is willing to pay what they are charging.

Very different. Having said that the first goal was a foul on Van Dyk .

Cracking game and looking forward to the draw Friday!

Don't you just love football - what x2 great games.
Roma played extraordinary, and liverpool are on fire in Europe.

depending who liverpool gets in the semi's, they should make it all the way to Kiev.

Interesting to hear that Klopp & Salah are on the PSG radar for next year.
