The European Cup didn't exist in 2005.No more controversy wrote:what about 2005-06?
However, it doesn't change the fact that they would "probably" have had European success had it not been for Liverpool fans.

Wasn't just Liverpool that got English clubs banned, it was just that Heysel was the final straw after numerous incidents across Europe by English "supporters".No more controversy wrote:Look up cwc final 1985!!!God is an Englishman wrote: Everton probably would have done had it not been for Liverpool fans

Re: Lukaku
Absolute rubbish! Then again, I would expect the anti English sentiment from you. The English did nothing that wasn't done by lots of other countries at that time. Heysels got English supporters banned (mainly because UEFA were scared of the English dominance).ozzie owl wrote:Wasn't just Liverpool that got English clubs banned, it was just that Heysel was the final straw after numerous incidents across Europe by English "supporters".No more controversy wrote:Look up cwc final 1985!!!God is an Englishman wrote: Everton probably would have done had it not been for Liverpool fans
