Re: Pogba
120 millions Euro to be offered after Euros which if France win could increase the asking price again.
Not sure if they will accept as Juve have set the CL as a primary goal.
Should they win then they will sell for 150 the year after.
Pogba will leave and earn those sort of wages eventually so I can't see him as being in a hurry.
I can understand him wanting a new challenge after winning the league every season since he's been with Juve.

Re: Pogba
wouldn't it be good business to sell him back to the club that gave him away for nothing and bank the GBP 103 million?????????

Re: Pogba
Money talks and always will! Absolutely nothing against Man Utd or Pogba (great club and great player) but the whole thing is just plain crazy! Understand the business and glory part of sport/football but player's wages should have been capped a long time ago. Some of the great players from yesteryear must look at the heavens and wonder. Spiralled out of control and this again in a time of political turmoil in the UK and beyond. Fantastic for the EPL in general but for me Jose Mourinho is a genius (he convinces everyone that he is the special one and hey presto- he gets as much money to spend as he wants and more). For all he has achieved in the game thus far (must be respected) I would like to see him tumble due to his arrogance at Chelsea. Outwith football who would get employed in a top job after publicly slamming a female colleague and getting taken to a tribunal over it (and losing)? There is no doubt that the 'Special One' made a huge judgemental error by talking down the club doctor Eva Carneiro, so much so that he lost the respect of the dressing room and needless to say the team spirit evaporated in to thin air. Not the best of psychology when he has a degree in the subject.MegaBonus wrote:news coming out suggests the deal has been done....gee, this Mourihno bloke gets what he wants...

I rate Ferguson above him (as most sensible people would do) but Mourinho now has the chance to emulate him at this famous club. If he has matured and learnt he may manage this but I think not as he has never shown resilience and staying power when the tide turns. Interesting times ahead......................
Re: Pogba
Tancredi is not reliable. Nor has there been any inkling Pogba wants to leave, or that Juve want to sell.
Not saying a deal won't happen because the market can be fickle - I think he won't go this season, but in the next few years will - but thanks to clickbait articles these days we see 'done deal' plastered everywhere when a bid has not even been submitted!

Pogba has been one of France's better players all through the tournament and has said before that he would love to play in the EPL now he has developed into a much better player than he was back when.

Re: Pogba
Good thing he never plays that role. Deschamps had no midfield balance throughout the tournament, but not sure why he had Pogba as the holding midfielder. No coincidence that against Germany, when Kante came on it released Pogba further forward and within minutes he had a big hand in the second goal. Never could get that far forward in the final.Kosta Utd wrote:united might get a discount after that performance

Coaches have varying views on players and Sir Aleax obviously didn't think he could fit into his team set-up.
Mourinho is a totally different coach to SAF and obviously has an idea of where Pogba will fit into his team.

Sir Alex was and still is a living legend at United and always will be.. but he def dropped the ball with Pogba, totally shiraz that one up BUT would he of become the player he is today if he had stayed with an United team of the past 3 years? i think not so all for the best in the end............ if we get him

Re: Pogba
Juve reject Man Utd bid for Pogba!
Surely, their having a laugh. Pogba ain't worth that much to begin with!
United will better their offer, as they have more money than brains, and Juve will get an absolute bargain for the player!
(They will need the money to pay for Higuain's transfer)
