Copa America

Post by Nice One Cyril »

Love this about Messi v USA
A pitch-invader sprinted onto the surface and headed straight for Lionel Messi. Reaching the Argentine star, who became his country's all-time top scorer here, he hit the deck and bowed down several times at his feet. He was the only man who got close to Messi all night.
Different class. Although Ronaldo was pretty good for Portugal in the Euros.

What happened with the Colombia v Chile game? I recorded it yesterday and sat down and watched it this morning. All I got to see was the first haf before weather delayed the second half and my recording ran out.

It was all over after 10 minutes anyway.

Crazy finish to the final this morning....

2 red cards, plenty of bookings, Messi with a missed penalty - CHILE win again!

Sounds like either sore loser, a quitter, or a "traitor"...........or all three.

Gee, I hope Barca don't come runner-up in the next few years of everything.

haha let's hope hey.

apparently he's had enough of Argentina's governing body, or FA equivalent. has been a string of shiraz ups apparently and a few players have considered doing the same thing.

There are rumours of a massive upheaval in the Argentine football association after Messi's announcement.

Many top players are considering following Messi and the fans are VERY angry.
