Re: Chelsea
Pochettino found the weak spot – gap between Azpilicueta and Moses. Both of whom aren’t natural centre-backs and wingbacks respectively, both should be beaten in the air by bigger more athletic bodies.

Re: Chelsea
To be fair I have been quiet most of the season. No shame in losing one every 14!
Spurs the better side this morning and good value for the win. Naturally I'm very disappointed to lose and drop points.

12 in front....but Spurs could peg that back to 9 with a win over Middlesborough.Old Redback wrote:To be fair I have been quiet most of the season. No shame in losing one every 14!

Not enough games remaining and Chelsea too good this season. They won't be caught by Spurs or anybody else.swannsong wrote:12 in front....but Spurs could peg that back to 9 with a win over Middlesborough.Old Redback wrote:To be fair I have been quiet most of the season. Re: Chelsea
Nice to hear John Terry give some good advice to young defenders after his grenache-up against Watford.
It's why he was a great defender.
PS I'm assuming his quote was in relation to the ball and not to one of his teammates' wives, that would have been more like "get it in"
Note, not try something fancy or play around with it at the back trying to maintain possession."If in doubt, get it out"

Re: Chelsea
Great to see John Terry go out scoring in what is likely to be his last game at Stamford Bridge. The last proper English Centre Half, true leader of men.
Would say he's my current favourite non Millwall player

I would agree with the Centre Half and player comment. As a man I think he's a prize champagne.God is an Englishman wrote:Great to see John Terry go out scoring in what is likely to be his last game at Stamford Bridge. The last proper English Centre Half, true leader of men.

News of the WorldOn January 31, we published some personal information about Vanessa Perroncel concerning an alleged affair with the footballer John Terry. We have since been informed she would have preferred this to remain private and it was untrue in any case. We apologise to Miss Perroncel for any distress caused.

I also think Jeremy Corbyn is a prize champagne, but I don't know him personally either. That's the good thing about famous people, they like to be in the media.Old Redback wrote:....and you know him personally in order to pass judgement do you?Nice One Cyril wrote: As a man I think he's a prize champagne.
