One of the reasons why he never made it as Spurs boss. Yes he had a good winning %, but playing against the big teams he had no clue tactically and always seem to capitulate against them.

I think being an Arsenal supporter may have something to do with him not working out at Spurs!

To be fair he's got us playing the best football we have in years, Saturday was just appalling though, nothing to do with tactics, just basic mistakes, oh and GIAE look a like Alan Hutton, Neville kept harping on about him being played out of position, I reckon anywhere on a football pitch is out of position for him!
