Harry Kane Penalty
Shocked to see this morning some people calling Kane a diver after the penalty last night. I thought he was clearly clipped and pulled back. Although he went down a bit easily, Song was silly to make that type of challenge from behind at that stage of the game and the penalty was fully deserved. Looking forward to hearing some bias (and unbias) opinions on this.

Re: Harry Kane Penalty
Its pretty much the norm in the game now. I do however believe in video review and suspension if found guilty of simulation/diving.N5 1BH wrote:went down like a sack of spuds

You're right. You can't call him a diver based on today. Call him a diver based on every other game he's played.Kim Kallstrom wrote:Shocked to see this morning some people calling Kane a diver after the penalty last night. Seen him play a few times, not seen him dive yet. Tough call though, I disagree with diving but it was against west ham so haha.

Ok maybe not dive but exaggerate every little bit of contact.God is an Englishman wrote:Seen him play a few times, not seen him dive yet. Tough call though, I disagree with diving but it was against west ham so haha.

Disagree with that as well. If you go down using your movement rather than the movement of the "foul" then it's a dive.totsreds08 wrote:Ok maybe not dive but exaggerate every little bit of contact.God is an Englishman wrote:Seen him play a few times, not seen him dive yet. The issue is though (especially over here) if you don't go down you won't get the free kick.

Re: Harry Kane Penalty
The defender had his arm over his shoulder pulling him back and that was caused him to lose his balance and fall.

Ashley Young?

Watch him against liverpool. Every slight touch he received, he went down. He's a little port.God is an Englishman wrote:Disagree with that as well.
