I am pleased to say you are completely wrong. But if in your warped mind you think that, I am happy for you.

You and every other person won't see me claim to be a superfan, I don't even really know what one is - it's a modern day manufactured term. To me a fan is a fan. We all have the same beliefs and desires for our club.

Real fans don't get on a wagon in the first place - last time I checked Wembley wasn't on Merseyside.
Yeah, cos I bet you were born in Fulham

So you're the same as the bloke who never misses a game? You're the same as the bloke who can't even find Liverpool on a map?

You have your own definition of a fan or supporter, there is no definitive (as far as I know) meaning. So I am not going to agree/disagree with your reasoning - as you can't be right or wrong!

BUT I don't consider myself any more or less of a fan now than I was 3 years ago when I hadn't seen them live for a couple of years. I am now fortunate to seem them a few times a year but as being a fan or not (to me) it makes no difference.

You should take up a political position with the club with an answer like that.

Cyril now hangs his head in shame!

OldRedback did you goto Sydney? If so were you questioning why so many Aussies there were supporting Chelsea?

Yes I did go to Sydney and yes whilst I questioned many of them why they supported Chelsea I ultimately knew that the modern obsession with winners and global marketing was responsible.
It was also obvious that many 'Aussies' who were there may not have even descended from forefathers who were from that pocket of London.

No he shouldn't, if he's from Battersea then the closest teams would be Chelsea then Fulham. Possibly Plough Lane coming in after that.

The Gunners were called on to fill a cultural void that existed in north London at the time.

Bloody disgraceful showing from the officials handed it to Liverpool on a plate. If they play like that next weekend, the Goons will spank them.

That idiot linesman needs to be sent back to non-League football until he learns the laws and their interpretation.
