Not disagreeing but you can be a legend without playing a lot of games.

Smicer, wasn't loved by many, but after scoring in the CL final and a penalty he has legendary status from one game. Dudek the same.

I always liked Tommy Smith he drove them to so many famous victories and always gave 100% - he would have given his life for the club to secure a win if he had to.

I guess we all have our own thoughts to what constitutes what. To some, anyone who has worn the Liverpool red is virtually a legend. So be it!

It's all relative to your club, Jimmy Montgomery is considered a legend at my club for that magical save against Leeds in '73. Wouldn't have it any other way
