Re: Euro qualifiers
UEFA should have left Euros at 16 teams, as the qualifiers have become a joke with 24 out of 54 qualifying. That is almost 50% of the sides qualifying for the finals, bit like the AFL.

When aren't we favourites to top our qualifying group?
Maybe we should change federations to make it easier.

Re: Euro qualifiers
The Scottish and Irish FAs came up with the 24-team proposal, UEFA - seeing the extra dollar signs - accepted. All because they weren't good enough to qualify with 16.ozzie owl wrote:UEFA should have left Euros at 16 teams, as the qualifiers have become a joke with 24 out of 54 qualifying. Re: Euro qualifiers
I have no idea on their reasonings, but it's pretty obvious that the Asia Federation is a lot easier than Europe. Their highest ranked team is 44. 26 European teams are ranked higher.wizard wrote:If Asia is so easy and Europe so hard, why did Kazakhstan leave Asia for Europe?
Re: Euro qualifiers
Better than scoring four in a 2-2 draw. I've seen that happen.
Retards who can't quote go on the foes list.

As far East as Japan, as far south as Australia.
Probably triple the distance as going the furthest Western trip to Portugal in UEFA.

Hopefully Scotland can get something out of the game, we on the other hand were unlucky to lose to the Germans

Bricklayers? Most of the poles I have met on building sites have been the non skilled roles.

It's being billed the worst performance by a Dutch team ever. There will be some major changes/ cuts coming to the team after that game.
Hiddink's job also isn't safe as he has now lost 3 of his first 4 games.
In saying that, I congratulate Iceland, Ive got nothing against them.

I guess you could still give yourself that job title of your cash in hand business. Probably best not to tell the DSS though, they'll cut off the benefits.Bomber wrote:God is an Englishman wrote:Bricklayers? Most of the poles I have met on building sites have been the non skilled roles.
