Yes a competition that has had eight name changes, seven due to change of sponsors.

Well I can't see Liverpool beating the chavs, so you might get your wish. At least it's a trip to Wembley if they can beat Sheffield.

The Capital One Cup - a cup that only means something of importance to Liverpool and Spurs.

I'd rather we didn't have the headache of it to be honest.

A trip to Wembley is always a good day out, especially with two London sides.

Always a great party atmosphere, big crowd, drinks with the boys and the walk up Wembley Way. It was disappointing to have one of our Cup Finals in Cardiff.

Was just stating the date and finalists of the game, don't recall being too excited about it

Agree with NOC, it may not mean as much as other competitions but a cup final is always nice.

Utter bollocks!
Are you going to the game? If not, why come here, post the dates if it means nothing. Talking waffle as usual. But hey. Here's hoping you get spanked by the chavs. (Sorry NOC  )
As you say Gareth,

My post wasn't "WOOHOO, WE MADE THE FINAL I'M SO EXCITED" like you think it was. I never said it meant nothing, but it's worthy of posting in the thread. I'm sure you would have posted something similar if the goons made it.

I did post something similar when we made the final and you scoffed at it having a laugh about the league cup etc...

so. Here's me having a laugh at you for being somewhat excited about being in the league cup final :P
