Same old Welbeck. Shoots when he should cross and crosses when he should shoot. Scores the hard goals and misses the easy ones.

Back to beating Arsenal like its our job.

I too are not his biggest fan these days, due to his lack of transfer activity, BUT honestly do you blame the Dictator for Jacks sitter & all the other goal scoring opportunities missed, the Ox not making more of his chance going around De Gea, the push by Fellani on Gibbs for the goal or the poor decision by Mertesacker to remain up front as a target man leaving Di Maria & co alone on the halfway line allowing them to counter attack every possession in the last 10mins..... Time for the players to have a look at themselves.

The most frustrating thing is we still tika taker around the 18 yard box trying to score the perfect goal, even when chasing the game.. yet it takes Giroud to come on, spank one from 18yards - GOAL.. why dont the rest of our team do the same!!

When our midfielders don't score, we struggle! You look back over the years when we had goal scoring midfielders - Pires, Freddie, Overmars, Dennis & co we scored freely & the Arsenal way of playing was attractive... Now days...

Absolutley the players need to have a look at themselves but our whole mentality is so weak. It's almost in our DNA now to go and lose a game we could've / should've won. It's time for a change, I've always given Wenger a chance but it totally blew my mind when he never purchased a DM and two top defenders. It's all we needed to give the title a crack in my opinion. Now we sit so far behind Chelsea it's embarrassing and now the damage is done, Wenger will probably try and scramble something together in Jan.

Not sure what is more embarrassing losing to that rabble on Sunday morning or this..

Olivier Giroud will miss both of Arsenal's remaining Champions League group matches after the club made the mistake of not including the striker on their original squad list.

Giroud injured his ankle on August 23 and was not expected to return until January, after all the group fixtures had taken place.

Clubs can only register 25 players on an 'A List' for the Champions League group matches, which must be submitted by Sept. 2 and include eight homegrown players.

Jack out for 3 months after successful surgery on ligament damage in his ankle :(

Another challenge Mike Dean missed
Our record with him in charge is not great, winning just over a third of our Premier League matches with Dean as ref

That’s crap he was looking the goods this season too, was a poor challenge too when seen in replay.

No excuses it’s life as a football club and happens to others but what does that make our long term injury list for the season now. Add Arteta & Sanogo against Dortmund and its Ozil, Debuchy, Diaby, Walcott, Szczesny, Gnabry, Ospina, Giroud, Koscielny, Ramsey, any others ?

Absolutely right. Why on Earth would anyone be allowed to tackle an Arsenal player?

The fact that Arteta goes around kicking all and sundry without sanction seems to get forgotten.

To be fair to Arteta I don’t think there is any intention to hurt anyone. It’s just that he is really slow and crap, and has absolutely sense of positioning.

4-1 away win playing with a team full of kids, you can always count on the gunners to hold the EPL end up for our 4 Euro spots. Might get a nice run if we avoid Real & Bayern in this draw.

Rumours of a bid for Winston Reid in Jan. just the sort of leader/fighter we are lacking at the moment

Also Mings from Ipswich town has been mentioned. Great to see Debuchy get thru 77mins this morning

Great strike. Almost as good as Danny Rose's goal in 2010. Can't remember who it was against though

another good 4-1 win

great finish by Cazorla for his first and Giroud continues to do well after his lay off

hopefully we can use these results as a springboard to better things - especially over the xmas/new years break

Debuchy had a solid game along side Per, looked far more comfortable with him than 4foot tall Monreal playing there!

We smarten up defensively (key is Wenger to strengthen in Jan) & we should find ourselves climbing the ladder over the Xmas period & beyond

I don't get this quote. Are you really saying that it was not a pen? Albeit soft, but definitely no dive there. IMO the irons were lucky to keep all 11 on the park with some of their outrageous challenges.
