If Man U win the FA cup, it will guarantee LVG another season in charge.

i certainly hope this isnt the case.. and i doubt it

winning the FA cup will still result in failing his goal of not qualifying for ACL, that on top of the most boring football i can every remember Man U playing will surely result in him 'retiring'

if it had not been for the FA cup i reckon we would of heard an announcement after the last match.

You're going to love watching them next season then  You might even have to pick another team to pretend to support.

Maureen is not known for exciting, attacking football. You'll still be rubbish next year

a good manager learns to adapt with changes.. The Man Utd philosophy is to play attacking exciting football, and after the LVG saga I am sure the special one will be made aware of this.. Judging by his success at every club and the fact everyone knows he dreams to manage man u, it would be reasonable to think this will be the case with him.

good times ahead

I think some the younger Man U players might be looking to leave , Special One not known for his work with youth at Chelsea.

TBH, a shocking move by Man Utd bringing in mourinho.
he ALWAYS leaves the club in controversy and rarely stays the full term of his contract.
Watch the drama unfold in season 2-3

Thank faaaark botoxhead is gone...he can take half his signings with him also.

Now to get rid of Woodturd and put someone with half a clue in his place...although I can't see much changing while he remains at the helm.

The BBC wrote:Negotiations over Jose Mourinho's image rights are delaying him becoming the new Manchester United manager.

Mourinho is expected to replace sacked Louis van Gaal, with talks ongoing between his agent Jorge Mendes and United officials.

But it has emerged that Chelsea still own the 'Jose Mourinho' name as a trademark - meaning United may need to pay a six-figure sum for the rights.

However, the issue will not scupper any deal, which is expected this week.

Discussions will now enter a third day.....
It's all about the football.

Funny if it did all fall through.

I don't understand how it's an issue anyway, he's been at 2 different clubs since they trademarked his name.

Can you trademark a person's name that isn't your own?

scrapped past? lol

one way affair mate.. wave after wave of relentless attack.. hard to break down a wall of 11 players around the 18 yard box that are currently on a high from a desperate point at the start of the season

United are looking sharp and dangerous every time we have the ball.. and only one month into the mourinho years.. things are looking up
