Everton 2 Crystal Palace 3!

ManCity 2 Sunderland 2.

Arsenal and Liverpool will be pleased with those results.
Very happy with both! :D

Chelsea probably ok with those results too.

Not over yet though. :|
Oh yes it is just about all over.

Provisional congrats to Liverpool. Suarez to crack the 30-goals-in-a-season barrier, even after missing games at the start.

Can't see them slipping up to Chelsea (27/4), and Crystal Palace (3/5) to hand the title to ManCity.

I hope you're right, but if anyone can screw it up Liverpool can.

Thanks Mackems!

What a story on Borini.
Ex-Chelsea player, bought by Liverpool, sent on loan to Sunderland, dents Chelsea's title hopes.

Chelsea spit the dummy over soft penalty, they forgot soft one against WBA they cost WBA a worthwhile win in November.

I remember that. Chelsea have lost to villa, Sunderland, palace. Do they really deserve the title?

If they finish with more points than anyone else, yes.

City win and close the gap to 6 points however Silva suffered an ankle injury. Didn't look good for him and that could be a big out with yaya toure.

Southampton 2 Everton 0.

From Arsenal: thank you Southampton. And the o.g.'s from the Everton men.

Surely with stars returning from injury, Arsenal should now look forward to grabbing the 4th spot and entry again into the rich Champions League. And look forward to grabbing the FA Cup silverware.

And if Wenger stays, could be some rich pickings of emerging stars at the World Cup to spend some of that money that he has kept in reserve.

Seriously?! Rule 1 of the transfer market: don't buy a player based on their WC/Euro performance..

Advantage, Man City.

Chelsea's brand of football is disgusting to watch but it got the job done so no complaints. Liverpool never looked likely to score

Gotta feel for Stevie G, he wont be sleeping for a while.
In fairness, for all of their boredom tactics, Chelsea looked likely to catch Liverpool nodding after the 20th minute.. Skrtel on set pieces was nowhere defensively, and Flanagan was being out manoeuvred on def corners constantly.
Schurrle, Salah, Azpilicueta (sp?) and Ivanovic were immense for the blues. Liverpool lacked "that" man to stand up and take the game by the scruff.

Tactical genius my muscat, watch any david v goliath FA Cup 3rd Round tie and you'll see the same football. Difference is he does it with players on 100k a week.

Get used to it. Now that Chelsea have shown how to nullify Liverpool, expect more teams to do the same.

Shame for Gerrard though.

  done nothing! Every time he even got a sniff of the ball he messed it up, threw his hands up in the air and had a sook to a team mate or the referee. Football is a results based business and Chelsea got what they came for, you can't blame them for that.
