Hard to believe that Chelsea lost to Palace, I'm stunned.

Even if it means we have to put up with Digger and Kop and the other pretend Scousers, I'd like to see Liverpool win it after so long. Gerrard deserves a title medal in his collection.

Just not tonight though.

and just like that, destiny is in Liverpool's hands! Must win tonight. City still in the box seat I would think with a couple games in hand.

Very easy win. The shot count doesn't do justice to the game. Tottenham didn't turn up until it was over. Completely dominated the game and deserved that win.

After a flukey OG after 90 seconds, any gameplan (does Sherwood even have those?) Spurs had, would have gone out of the window. Hopefully Liverpoll win it and Everton nick fourth from Arsenal

Spurs would have been down 1-0 in the first 10 regardless.
Rodgers sent the team out with a clear plan to attack the Spurs full-backs he pushed Suarez to the left and brought Sterling in on the right from the get go. Took balls to drop Allen and tweak the formation after the way he's been playing, but he's a brilliant tactician and it worked perfectly.

I think West Ham away is just as tough as City/Chelsea at home.

Not that it would have changed the overall results, Spurs were mostly dismal throughout, but goals change games, you don't know what would have happened.

to me, the most important moment was Skrtel's block at 2-0. Had that gone in it would have been nervy.

But boy, were Spurs poor, it was like playing Man Utd all over again.

Goal difference worth a virtual extra point this season, given its so close at the top, could be handy.

I'd love to see a EPL club win it that isn't buying their players for the season they are currently in. Liverpool for me are that club ATM.

You guys must have won a game for you to come on here with this big talk.

Much more resistant and effective than the current Man Utd one....

Watched the Everton and Gunners game last night what a contrast in commitment to the cause. Looks like there are divisions in the Gunners ranks.

Bit worried with the visit of West Ham in the morning!

Weekend off for the hammers, whilst our depleted squad got thru 120 mins.

Chelsea 1-2 Sunderland. Mourinho has finally lost at home! What a time to lose. Liverpool can go 5 clear with a win at Norwich tomorrow. No pressure!
