Millwall forget to bring kit to game

Post by Red-4-Life »

MILWALL were left with egg on their face after forgetting to bring their kit with them to Hillsborough for the game against Sheffield Wednesday.
Their away kit, normally all white, had to be replaced with the home side's yellow before the game started.

Hawkesy will be crushed.
No country who has never qualified for the world cup should be allowed to host it at the expense of one who has.

My understanding is that the ref deemed both our kits (a dark blue with a white pinstripe and the reverse) to be a clash with light blue and white of wednesday.

A dash up on the A1 ensued with the orange kit which appeared at half time.

EDIT: Turns out the 3rd kit was at the hotel but they couldn't get it there for kick off.

I don't know what happened there, but that post was supposed to go in another thread.

I knew it couldn't be about sheffield, nothing's better there. It's the true definition of northern cabernet hole. If I was from there I'd probably happily become an aussie.

I heard their kit man was too busy trolling the Internet, trying to find Celtic fans singing rebel songs so he could tell Gaie is an Englishman

It's Blue & White stripes, so I don't really see why the dark blue of Millwall would clash with that? :?
