Re: Premier League's best.
I wouldn't put Vermaelen in there. Good on the ball, but has far too many lapses in defence. Same reason Agger isn't in that spot.

Vertonghen? I thought about him too, but couldn't put him in there with any credibility, purely because of how little I've seen of him.haywood djablowme wrote:Tossing up between him & the other Belgium defender for the spuds! Re: Premier League's best.
to comment further I'd have to give a cabernet about what squad number they have on. They should go back to the starting 11 wearing 1-11.

I genuinely don't know half the LFC players numbers, and TBH I couldn't care what they are.

Have you retired your graph? I miss it.

Re: Premier League's best.
With Liverpool not doing comically bad, the guy has stopped making it. But averaging 1 point per game less than the league leaders can't be that pleasing.NickyTanner wrote:Have you retired your graph? Re: Premier League's best.
No, as I said in the thread at the time I got it from another forum I went on. I posted in the thread once, and whenever I went to the "View your posts" similar to this forum, it was in the recent threads. I haven't seen it for some time.NickyTanner wrote:You mean it wasn't your own work?
I do love me some graphs, but I wouldn't make something so statistically weak

I couldn't give a cabernet what a 2 bob competition in a 2 bob country does.

What dictionary and thesaurus do you use? Useless means something different in mine, obviously.
