Andy Carroll: I won't celebrate...
Obviously meaning if he scores against Newcastle tonight. Surely he's having a laugh or it's an April fools joke... He thinks he's gonna score lol

He might celebrate if he wins the gold medal for diving

Re: Andy Carroll: I won't celebrate...
Woeful and a total display of zero confidence.Nice One Cyril wrote:He might celebrate if he wins the gold medal for diving
He actually is playing ok tonight too.
But newcastle would be pretty happy with picking up cisse and ba to replace
Re: Andy Carroll: I won't celebrate...
liverpool are not a top side, chelsea arsenal man u man city, all play a better tempo brand of football, liverpool have dropped off the pace with the big clubs in EPL, i think it will only get worse for liverpool fans as the gaps between them and the epl elite grows.
Re: Andy Carroll: I won't celebrate...

Re: Andy Carroll: I won't celebrate...
That was a horrible game for Liverpool.
Denied what looked like a certain penalty for handball on the line. Andy Carroll spurns the chance to tap into an empty net and dives instead, I'm guessing he would have stayed on his feet if it had have been on his left foot maybe? Newcastle's second goal was a country mile offside in my interpretation of the law and then, to cap it all, Reina goes and gets himself sent off for minimal contact (right decision, although Perch might need to HTFU).
I'm looking forward to Kenny's explanation at the interview

Well, the ref was right and Reina was a twat, but it saddens me to see grown men throw themselves to the ground clutching their face like that. Pathetic.BowTiesAreCool wrote:Fucking poofters game these days.Nice One Cyril wrote:Reina goes and gets himself sent off for minimal contact (right decision, although Perch might need to HTFU).

First time I agree with you
Everything that could go wrong, went wrong.
Can't get CL, already in Europe, can't get relegated - nothing to lose by throwing in the youth team rest of the season. Results can't be worse.

100% agree with all of that.Nice One Cyril wrote:Well, the ref was right and Reina was a twat, but it saddens me to see grown men throw themselves to the ground clutching their face like that. Should definitely have seen red by the current rules, but it was soft as fuck and Perch needs to have a long hard look at himself. Embarrassment.

There you go, kept the Taffs below you. A well deserved win in an enjoyable game in which Swansea played their full part. We need more teams playing like them. The Kop wrote:aaaaaand we're back to old ways!!

Well done Andy, you kept your word, no goal celebration.
Dixie Dean was hailed by another Mersey legend, Liverpool’s Bill Shankly, as “belonging in the company of the supremely great, like Beethoven, Rembrandt and Shakespeare.”
60 goals, never to be equalled.

terrible dive and to be honest he would have to be pretty ashamed of what he did, especially against his boyhood club.Litmanen wrote:
Clear penalty LOL!
Imagine the riots if the ref blew for a pen though! He wouldnt have made it home alive.

The thing i don't understand is why he didn't just round him, he was passed him already....
Suarez played with no heart last night and Stevie G had a shocker ( missed so many passes).
This will be a season to forget for Pool i think.
Re: Andy Carroll: I won't celebrate...
shocking dive by Carroll.
Yes, if he stayed on his feet, he would of had an open goal.....
neways, How awesome is Ben Arfa and Cisse???

I notice that Kop has been particularly reticent on the subject of Carroll diving. Perhaps the grass was a bit long just inside the box?East Boy wrote:terrible dive and to be honest he would have to be pretty ashamed of what he did, especially against his boyhood club.Litmanen wrote:

por que?
You said he dived, I quoted and said I agreed with you.
Want me to take out an ad in the public notices too?
Im still to mystified why any one would want to go down when through on goals. Maybe he had Cisse first goal scorer?

"Pardew said of Cisse: "His English isn't great - I think he's only had one lesson since he's been here. We had Africa Day at the training ground on Friday with the food, that probably helped him"
good to see Pardew embracing the different cultures of his players , it's obviously working well

Its good times being a toon suporter ATM.
Ben Arfa is god, every bit of attacking play comes through him and he cant miss a pass with the form he has been in.
Williamson is a Donkey and a real weak spot but everywhere else looks strong.
Hopefully Pool do us a favour and down Everton in the cup so i can see Newcastle in Europe.

James Perch is an embarresment to his club and mankind. Total disgrace and clearly not a man.
