Respect to Pochettino, a great interview (unlike the Whinger Wenger).

How was the above possible?Nice One Cyril wrote:Oh FFS, West Ham haven't had a single shot, never mind one on target, and they go and score a worldy from 30 yards.

(a) they had multiple shots.
(b) it wasn't a shot.
(c) it wasn't on target.
(d) they didn't score.
(e) it was a poorly structured sentence.

Hey no one has a go at Mr Wenger on my watch. You try keeping your cool when attempting to win a league the beautiful way with refs so jealous of your unquestioned genius that they conspire collectively to embarrass themselves on national telly and risk their careers by deliberately getting decisions wrong just to undermine you. It’s not fair, it’s just not fair.Nice One Cyril wrote:Respect to Pochettino, a great interview (unlike the Whinger Wenger).
And no our predicament has absolutely nothing to do with him putting out defenders who can’t defend, strikers who can’t shoot and midfielders who fall to the ground in a screaming heap at the slightest body contact, nothing at all.

Congrats to Liverpool, a great game to watch, apart from the truly pathetic defending and Sterling falling over every time he got to a long blade of grass.

The two best teams in the league IMO (when on form). One is far better than the other and both managers, the players and the ref should be applauded for the style, quality and putting on a good advert for the game.Nice One Cyril wrote:Congrats to Liverpool, a great game to watch, apart from the truly pathetic defending and Sterling falling over every time he got to a long blade of grass.

Liverpool played very well. I thought they kept KDB quiet, which is easier said than done, and that stopped most of the others playing as well, Aguero had a real off day. Three great finishes, but they were gifted the opportunities tbh.Nicky_Tanner wrote:3 points.N5 1BH wrote:What have you won?
It wouldn't surprise me to see Otamendi and quite possibly Stones as well, replaced in the summer. Fernandinho is usually OK, but having those two behind him must make him nervous. They need VVD, not Sanchez.

Allegedly he prefers a move to City, but they won't pay a big transfer fee. If he's got any sense, he'll sit tight at the Goons and move to City for free in the summer.Nicky_Tanner wrote:Isn't Sanchez off to utd?

Its actually an agent fee that has spun the deal. Mancs willing to pay 5mil fee to agent for transfer where Citeh doesn't want to come to the party!Nice One Cyril wrote:Allegedly he prefers a move to City, but they won't pay a big transfer fee. But Arsenal can't force him to move to United if he doesn't want to, it's their fault for leaving it so late.haywood djablowme wrote:Its actually an agent fee that has spun the deal. Sanchez is a liability for any club as he's such a sook, he cries when things don't go his way and he drops his bundle.
Great player when he wants to be but still needs to grow a pair.

Huddersfield winless from the last 6 league games.....Championship next season is beckoning unless they can find some form
The good start probably generated some false hope...was always going to be a tough ask.

A strangely tame performance by Harry Kane, despite getting several clear cut chances, but Spurs comfortably outplayed United tonight, I really don't think United are that good, even with the referees helping
PS. Have to mention Chelsea's stunning performance at home

The result and performance were no surprise.
Jose as Utd manager v City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs away.

Huddersfield Town ( 4 ) Bournemouth ( 1 )
Finally, Huddersfield's first EPL win for 2018....Alex Pritchard scoring a neat goal early, couple of assists to Steve Mounie from Aaron Mooy and a late penalty goal from Rajiv Van La Parra....Mooy unfortunately stretchered off around the 75th. minute with a knee brace in place.
