Millwall have won 1 and drawn 1
Charlton have lost 1 and drawn 1
Charlton level on points with Millwall, however with three games in hand.

Correct, but they haven't beaten us this season and rarely ever beat us which is why it's probably one of the most one sided rivalries in football.

No one wants to provide those stats though, that's strange.

I'm not the one saying that the stats don't back up my statement. If they don't back it up then, they should be very willing to show me up as being wrong.

I believe they have looked them up and realised that I am right, but won't admit it.

According to Wikipedia (so stands to be corrected) it is
Millwall and Charlton As of 15 March 2014.
Football league: Played 68 – Charlton won 11, scored 62 – Millwall won 33, scored 111 – 24 draws
Games total: Played 96 – Charlton won 25, scored 112 – Millwall won 39, scored 151 – 32 draws

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_London_derby

It also says that Brighton are Palace's main rivals. That can't be right, they are about 50 miles down the A23 aren't they ?

Why are you asking me ? I don't support them, they are south of the river shite. Click on the link and it will tell you the first game between Millwall and Charlton was played on 10 Oct 1921

That's correct, Brighton and Palace are not friends. Palace chose brighton as they were a alittle bit scared to call their closest side their rivals.

I thought the stats I had were even more in Millwall's favour than that. However, I'll take the 33 Millwall wins to 11 charlton wins. 3 times better - pretty one sided rivalry

Games this seasons were a Millwall win and a draw.

Millwall 4 points, charlton 1. Millwall 4 times better.

How can anyone hate Brighton ? They've got a pier and an aquarium, and it's not Southend

If it was in australia, they'd call in the M23 derby.

It's actually got 2 piers!

Technically true, but maybe one and bit piers would be more accurate.

Nice win over Brighton puts us in mid table, late goal from Best. Interesting that 10 minutes of added time played.

US? You support adelaide united, they don't play in this league.

Meanwhile, I have taken to looking at the league table whilst doing a handstand. I think we can win the league.

Ouch we crash 4-1 to home at Watford, then tough one away to table top Leicester on Friday.
