Punishment for playing unregistered players
On the weekend just gone a club (which will remain unnamed for now) decided to play 2 unregistered players and They won the game. One of their players notified my club through email after the game and we have since contacted the league with the email and online team sheets as evidence. We understand that it is highly dependent on the league using the evidence provided to prove that unregistered players were used. But my main question is, will the points be reversed or will it just be a monetary fine?
If anyone could clarify the rules, that would be much appreciated as the amateur league haven't specified what the punishment could be if proven guilty.

Re: Punishment for playing unregistered players
from my recollection, definitely the points will be reversed and given to the opposing club as a 3/0 win - not too sure re monetary fine but I don't think there will be a fine and of course the unregistered players are not allowed to play for that club for the rest of the season unless they haven't been registered with another club this season and so they can register with the club.BlueBags wrote:On the weekend just gone a club (which will remain unnamed for now) decided to play 2 unregistered players and They won the game.
