Why wouldn't all existing be welcome?

Exiting would be welcome as well, as then they might end up not exiting.

Well, I guess that puts a different light on things. Do you know that people are exiting not by their choice though?

[quote="SKDA"]Modbury Vista Soccer Club invites all existing and new players to attend pre-season training commencing Tuesday 14th November at 6:30pm at Richardson Reserve, Richardson Drive, Wynn Vale.

Drove past around 6.20pm last night and it looked a bit like a ghost town.

They have been a bit like letters except generally easier as they don't have capitals

You just worry about staying in Div2 and avoid the yoyo staying on a downward swing

Just worry about your lack of humour....and the gossip you hear from Titans.
Many teams experience the yoyo effect.
Used to be Elizabeth Downs tag a while back, Vista have had their share as have Gully, Inter and West Beach, among others.

Division 2 is always tough, especially for sides with limited resources, follow up relegation is always a worry to a relegated side.
I remember vividly when my home town team Huddersfield were promoted to Division 1 (Premier League) in 1970...by 1975 they were in Division 4 :(
46 years on I can once again feel a little more pride in the team I support....football's like that....sometimes.

knight15 made a little fun out of a comment and you turn it into a jibe at a club he has so much personal and longstanding involvement with....and you hippocritically use the don't get personal line.
Enjoy your year.

Yes, Foggy will be greatly missed, he deserves another shot at Division 1, with a more committed squad around him, we wish him all the best and will always be welcome at the Knights.

As for us, who knows what 2018 will bring, I doubt we would be strong candidates for relegation, but equally agree without Foggy will be harder to yoyo as someone said. Lets see what pre-season brings, will miss some of the Hospitality in Division 1, with the Downs, Farm, Vale, Farm and Gardens always looking after us, really well, although a lot less travel this year!
