Bosa

Post by Bosa FC »

On behalf of BOSA,
We would like to apologise to our sponsors and all supporters.
Unfortunately again we will not be able to win the league.
No matter how much money we have spent on players and bribing officials we are still second best.
This is now that we have been the second best.
Our committee and coaches are sincerely apologetic with this matter.

Next year we will try again to finish in first place.
We call to all our sponsors and all supporters to dig deep so we can have a chance next year.

Your sincerely Bosa FC

Interestingly yesterday's result against Modbury - a 1-2 loss - is marked on the SAASL web site as "Result in dispute"

Sore losers or what?

Unless Jets fielded ineligble players, you struggle what to think why the game is 'in dispute'???

With the team BOSA 'acquired', they should have won Saturday Div 1 by 10 points, so we get the disappointment, but they should take Saturday's loss on the chin and with a bit of grace.

I'm surprised their president didn't stand behind the goal and get the game called off because they were losing. It's worked for him before.

That was an overreaction by a referee.

Is it the only time he's done something like this?

Ref asked him to move, he didn't. Maybe an over reaction by the ref but within his rights and it worked for him.

I can't believe you still complain about him standing behind the goal at a men's game of football, with all the stick I've copped from behind goals, unbelievable.

I couldn't care less about him being there but if the ref tells you to move - why not just move?

Have you had "spectators" blocking you from getting the ball?

Oh wow, no never to that extent, had a bottle, a flare, but thank god nobody ever got in my way when trying to get a ball, under that sort of pressure I'd never have thought to just call for another ball.

Shouldn't need to do that when the ball is right there. Always makes me laugh when people call for a new ball when they could move a few metres to get another ball.

You don't even get sarcasm these days, it just seems like any chance to have a dog at Bosa.

Move along, you're complaining about nothing.

Not the first time you've brought it up, dude you have an issue with it, yet as you said 'within his right' & 'an over reaction from ref'.

So why keep bringing it up, get over it.

I don't know, but he was well away from the goal for it to be an issue.
