Sturt Marion v Bosa

Post by carltonpalmer »

Anyone who's looking for something to do on Saturday-

Sturt Marion v BOSA

Club Marion, 262 Sturt Road

1st against 2nd on the table so it's sure to be a great game. Plus big cans of Heineken are available if you're not that bothered about the game!

Will be a good game, both teams play with attacking intent.

you guys do a good job there with the food as well. I was at the Brahma cup game, ( had it not been for the Brahma Lodge keeper you would still be in the cup ).
Will be a good game, good luck today.

yep 5-1, fair reflection too. we didn't turn up, they did.

one thing i will say and the above post echo's it is that it was disappointing to see a lack of class from a small minority of the BOSA personnel, when we scored our only goal we naturally congratulated the goal scorer where as a couple of opposition players led by the captain arrogantly mocked us. The game had already been won and deservedly so, we all knew the importance of the 3 points, so it was disappointing to see the 5% put a stain on what had otherwise been a good showing from BOSA.

The beer and food were good...bonus having a TAB upstairs, quite like this place.

BOSA too good on the day - could have been 7-8 up at half-time with all the chances they had.

Wtf, you flipped mate? Mind you, the TAB addition is clearly quite tempting!

It's local for me...plus, and I kid you not - Raiders lose every shiraz time I go so I'm staying away until they're safe.

Judging by the result, looks like I brought my 'luck' to Sturt-Marion on Saturday.
