Re: Teams folding and forfeiting
The result at the time should stand. They were 7-0 down so would be wrong to go to a 2-0 (or is it 3-0), They should then be suspended for games as well. Otherwise, every team could walk off the pitch to save their goal difference. They will claim the issue was the club ref, that was not the case.Asahara Shōkō wrote:I am intrigued to know how that gets dealt with.God is an Englishman wrote:What about a team that forfeits mid way through a game?
I will admit my bias on this one. The ref was someone I would call a friend and it was my old club. However, no love lost between me and my old club. I would certainly consider myself neutral, in fact I was only even there because I have friends involved in the team on the adjacent pitch.

They should be kicked out of the competition.God is an Englishman wrote:The result at the time should stand.
