Might be closer than what you're expecting.

Probably will be - just stirring - but most would disagree with an away win prediction.

Southern Knights undefeated in the pre season with a magnificent 2-1 win over PAC last week in testing conditions , ( no bar or canteen )

Pretty similar to the cup game down your way last year where Easties had to bring our own beer because you didn't open the bar, despite being told 50+ were coming down by bus and car.

Ha, you haven't let that one go, as we said at the time, the complex runs the canteen, we make no money from bar sales and food sales. Nick Swann and a few sponsors put money towards providing a free feed for opposition teams when they travel down, however we had an away cup game and therefore didn't provide this service for the cup game for our First Team, it appears you managed to get plenty of beer anyway

Also I don't think missing one meal would make a massive dent but it could be a small step forward for you

No issue with food from my end mate, just don't have one of your two fans whinging about no bar or canteen when you couldn't provide one yourself. I'd also wager I move a fair bit quicker than you do on the pitch, even with half a knee.

Good luck this week, but I don't think even Jesus himself could save you from the Downs juggernaut.

I didn't tip them..... they are just in caps from copying the fixtures from SAASL.

Thanks - if it was only a few weeks later as I believe he is making a comeback at this rate I think we will be lucky to finish second - I will make sure if we play PAC in the Cup that we have plenty of food and drink available and will read Anthony Robbins books so I can be super positive even though I'm not the coach and even if we lose 10-1

My prediction is that Southern Knights will clock up over 1,000 kilometres for away league games this year...will be a very tough year for the Club on the park in 2017...it is what it is !
Always an honour to travel up to my old hunting ground at Argana where I began my football journey as a 9 year old..50 seasons ago...

Hold my hands up - was very wrong and an incredibly valiant performance by the Knights away - deserved to get something out of the game, although not sure the Downs keeper had much to do apart from picking the ball out of the net twice. They say great teams grind out results when they don't play at their best.....
