Nick has been very very sick for over 20 Years. but has fought bravely for all those years.

Saddened to hear of this news, a true gentleman of the game and one that will be missed.

Saw him on a few occasions at our games last year and he loved the game.

RIP

Very sad news. Nick was Chairman of Valley View Soccer club when I was a player in the early 90s. Worked tirelessly for the club and the league. chuid eile i síocháin mo chara

RIP Nick, a lovely man.
Dixie Dean was hailed by another Mersey legend, Liverpool’s Bill Shankly, as “belonging in the company of the supremely great, like Beethoven, Rembrandt and Shakespeare.”

60 goals, never to be equalled.

RIP Nick knew him well as a kid growing up playing football and especially in his association with Valley View.

Very sad news. Nick put his heart and soul in to every role he took on. An integral part of Valley View.
