22 Games?? Trying to kill us old fellas?

Hers an idea. We play each team once (that’s 11 games) on an alternative weekly home and away basis. That maintains the social aspect of catching up with players from all clubs. Then split the league into top 6 and bottom 6 (carrying on points and goals) and we then play another ½ round (that’s another 5) home and away opposite to the 1st round. Bottom 6 are really only there for the social aspect of playing so will enjoy not being flogged by top teams. Top of the top 6 after 16 games win the league, then top 4 from top 6 round play semis knock out for the +35s cup? So max 18 games for finalists?

That way we can have a couple of weeks off mid season to rest our weary bodies???
