Why can't the league just release an information sheet with key dates such as cup rounds, cup draws etc. Would make life easier I would assume
Cup Rounds are scheduled pretty much at the same time each year & the league do release a Diary of events at start of each season.

Cup Fixtures for 2016
Cup Rnd 1: Weekend 30/4-1/5 after Rnd 3 of league
Cup Rnd 2: Weekend 28-29/5 after Rnd 6 of league
Cup Rnd 3: Weekend 16-17/7 after Rnd 11 of league
Cup Rnd 4: Weekend 20-21/8 after Rnd 15 of league
Semi & Final after Rnd 18.
I think he was talking about having a designated time for the draws too, so we know it's coming and it doesn't flash up a week beforehand that you're away to Pirie

Still waiting, although the cup round isn't for another month - what if people have to play on an alternate day and want to get a day off from work organised? Baffles me the draw isn't done the Monday after the last cup round, it's such a simple process.

ive been trying about 8 weeks now to get simple answer on something, still waiting, after god knows how many phone calls. it appears the league does not do much outside the 17 hours a week they are open as far as i can see. i don't know about everyone else but i end up spending more than that amount just doing stuff for one club let alone trying to run a league.
