2016 player movements

Post by grumpy »

Jason Trimboli - Salisbury Florina
Shane Pearce - Salisbury Florina

Andy McConnell - Salisbury Inter

Brendon McConnell - Para Hills east

Pontian Eagles players - all to Mawson Lakes

Good luck to all , if these rumours are correct.

Incorrect, the people gone to mawsons lakes can't really be called 'players'

we had a rego day earlier this month as far as i am told we do have some new players, however there is only one who has previously played for pontian who has paid a deposit, as well as two from playford, one from ttg, one from perth glory youth, one from croydon.

Also believe we have had players leave to go to elizabeth vale, bosa and polonia as well as a couple moving interstate and overseas - wish them all the best for 2016.

Doubt that. Who knows with strikers and their movements. Pearce was a surprise

Results Vault doesnt allow for FFSA registered players....im sure there are some players still registered with a FFSA club and registered with SAASL clubs at the same time

CANCELLATION OF PLAYER REGISTRATION
(anything outside SAASL, ie FFSA, Collegiate etc.)

Cancellation is effective immediately if signed by both the Player and the Club. If
signed by only one party, de-registration is effective 7 days from the date this
signed form was lodged.

I'm sure if a player was to return to any FFSA team later in the same season, the FFSA registration would be considered still active
and an internal FFSA transfer from their previous FFSA club would be required.

sorry, I meant if a player is registered at a SAASL club we can tell by pumping in the name. Obviosuly we cannot check the FFSA registration status of a named player.

The 7 days is a worse case scenario, ie a club refuses to sign the release, after 7 days the release is automatic

So if a club just doesn't respond then the wait is 7 days? And the player can't play til then?

correct, if the player decides to not go get his clearance the saasl will submit the request to the said club and they have 7 days to reply before it happens or they sign and its done. Not doing it yourself may even take longer than 7 daysif the saasl do not act that very day, the 7 days starts the day the request is sent and received by the said club, so if lodge it Monday and the saasl dont send it til Wed the 7 days starts that day.
