Could of been 12 but for some poor finishing from point blank range and also some fantastic saves by Polonia keeper who was their best player.
Vista opened the Polonia defence up with regular ease.
Vista Certainly playing some good football at the moment so should look to show an improved effort against Brahma Wednesday night, as they were well and truly outplayed by them first time around.

Good day out today for all the mighty Downs teams, all the best to simmo and the lads from Ingle Farm great bunch of lads. Always support the club their visiting and so close to breaking their Div 1 cherry which wouldn't be begrudged by anyone at the Downs. Also good to catch up with King Nugget one of the leagues good guys. First time ever he was cheering the Downs on.. Great day out just a wee bit chilly.....Put the heaters on Swannsong we are coming

Saw the Brahma Lodge v Florina game yesterday and hats off (if not blown away) to both teams.

Conditions did not (from my view) play a big part in an entertaining and well fought out game. The goals were well earned by both teams and they each created a number of other opportunities as well.

In the end I think Florina were unlucky not to have got a second goal and a point as Brahma were under the pump towards the end of the game.

Brahma deserve their top position but it is interesting to note that both games between the clubs have ended up at 2-1 and of the 4 goals conceded by Brahma this year, Florina have half of them.
