A decision made by the 2 clubs involved and agreed to by the 2 clubs involved. Pretty simple really

A good hard game to watch with Brahma's class prevailing in front of a real good crowd.
Vista created chances but were denied by some outstanding saves by Mckee.

Downside was the referreeing that was in the end quite amusing and entertaining for both supporter bases but no doubt very frustrating for players.
Whilst his inept display had absolutely no bearing on the result, it did entertain the crowd at times.

Refereeing is no doubt a tough gig and any reasonable person will accept some mistakes, but making mistakes followed up by arrogance did not do the him any favours.

Game was a very high tempo. 2nd half I thought Vista created the better chances. Appeared the referee sent there captain off for standing at the side of the 18 yard box before the Brahma penalty was taken.

Correct.. As he was returning from questioning the Linesman as to whether the tackle was outside the box or not ( i assume captains have the right to ask a question )he was walking back along the side of the 18 yard box.
Then the ref proceeded to hold the game up whilst he was writing it up for what felt like 5 mins.
A bit of a "look at me" moment by the man i reckon..

The ref also wrongfully booked a vista player for swearin when it was a Brahma player who if given that yellow would of been sent off.. the ref was overwelmed by the big crowed an a big game made it about him and ruined a cracking game.. vista all over brahma in second half just couldnt find the back of the net.. Brahmas keeper had a blinder..

good solid game in average conditions. James McKee BOG by far. Brahma too classy at the end of the day, however as supporter of no club I feel its unbiased to say Vista definitely got the raw deal from the Ref. they definitely had a penalty in the 1st half that was given outside the box. (should of been a penalty and a possible red?) Vista also scored but given offside (looked a fair call?)
the send off at the end was farcical, agree with previous posts about the Ref. tough job at any time but gee he made it tougher for himself by being a complete Shiraz!!

good luck to both teams for the remainder.

Good luck - just be aware if the appeal is lost, he'll get an extra week added to his suspension

From a legal standpoint...How does the severity of an incident (or of ban ) increase just because someone is of the belief that it was wrong or too severe in the first place.
I've always thought that everyone had a right to appeal a decision.....seems these days in sports you are penalized for seeking a review.

I agree swanny but one of our players appealed a 3-game ban and before he sat down the adjudicator asked him if he wanted to proceed because if he failed he'd get an extra game.
Low and behold he got the extra week rest
