A's 4-0 - well what can I say ... out-played and out-muscled ... Uni were the better team, up 3-0 after half an hour ... also hit the cross bar 3 times during the game, and had a second half goal (correctly) disallowed ... a bad day for us
B's 2-1 - we led 1-0 and were disappointed to lose from there
C's 2-1 - we led 1-0 but Uni were much the better team

3-0 up at the half. Iggies scored early in the second. Then played the stronger for next 10-15mins. We got our 4th to virtually kill it. 2nd yellow card to Iggies defender saw him sent off. We went 5 then 6-1 up. Then Iggies had second player sent for second yellow. Got 7th goal late on.

C's game played on a Gaelic football ground with faded side lines and other markings witch was terrible and
somewhat confusing ....Goals were with posts that stretched up 10m high and the crossbar is abt
half a meter thick that cost SPOC a goal......
Well done to SPOC nevertheless for holding on after leading 4 nil at half time

B's a last minute equalizer

Fine. Just passing on a comment from someone who played the game. Maybe I misunderstood what he said, or got the B's and C's swapped around. Perhaps I'll just stick to the scores from now, although I like to read what other people say about their games. (GIAE excepted, of course. )
