Training together or apart

Post by spooky1972 »

There is always debate on teams training as one or separate and I just wondered what clubs out there do;

A) Train as one group every session
B) Train as separate groups after warm ups
C) One night as a group and one night in their separate teams

On night 1 we all train as a group, night 2 we warm up together then break up, night 3 is completely seperate and optional for the C's and Over 35's.

Our recovery session is done as a full squad as well. After the recovery session we watch the weekends games as a squad as well
