No problem at all, always like to educate the ill informed.

I take it you have now learnt why there's no slander in the post.
I haven't learnt sh-it from you Judy.

Considering you want to continue whaling on, allow me to clarify, and perhaps educate you Judy.

He did indeed ask a question, but only after he first made a clear statement, "Supposedly ARBE captain is getting paid a substantial amount of cash behind there players backs."

Considering it is not allowed, and all clubs will deny paying players until they're blue in the face, I see the comment as a clear attempt to slander the club and/or the captain, resulting in either attracting the league's attention, or causing unrest between the captain and his teammates.

Definition of slander: to make false and damaging statements about (someone). The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.

So I take it you now have learnt why there is a degree of slander in that post? Educated yet?

Anyway, don't you have some young uni students to harass over having to play a Friday night game? Just be honest with them and tell them that as your pension gets paid on Mondays, and you spend it all on pokies and crack during the week, it's just too hard for you to travel into the city on a Friday night for financial reasons. I'm sure they'll understand.

That's another example of slander for you Judy. However considering your reputation is already so shattered, my attempt at slander could be debatable.

There's a couple of clues in there which should help you out.

The first is the word SUPPOSEDLY. Cover a lot of bases with that one, it's like allegedly that's used a lot in these matters to cover people's backsides.

I have also made a particular word red and made it in large print to help you out with why it wouldn't be slander anyway.

My 3rd point, there is no such crime as slander in South Australia.

And the white whale bites.

But now I'm just confused Judy. You're having a go at the Uni lads, yet you clearly have a law degree (and allegedly a PHD in bull-cabernet).

Lesson learnt everyone. There is no such crime as slander in Australia! Glad we cleared that up. I'm sure ARBE and their captain can happily go about their business now, knowing that those comments CAN NOT be described as slanderous.

Thanks Judy.

Added a correction for you, love how you've been mugged off twice but won't admit it. For the record my degree is not in law.

,
Got to laugh at the irony, you spend a lot of time in Salisbury and you try to suggest people are on the dole. Look closer to home if I was you.

Well done on accepting the education I provided, I won't charge you though or I'll have to declare it when I next sign on.
