That's generally the deciding factor in the sunday league isn't it?

Well it's a case of who wants the league more isn't it?

Are any of the Sunday clubs having a milestone anniversary year this year?

I suppose you used to be a United fan as well? Most of us prefer to stick with our clubs and help them become more successful rather than jump on another one just because they are having their time in the sun.

How much are you paying Paul Russell?  Must have been a decent amount to get him back from WA!

Decent player though and will suit the Sunday Prem style perfectly.

No doubt the ability to win the title has been influenced by money. Recent years have seen teams buy a title it seems.Thats the way it is now, but who wouldn't love to see a small club and players with just passion and heart buck the trend.

We told him we'd change our kit to 'green and white hoops'

Were lucky to have him and his cousin

Would only be guessing or hoping about league standings at this stage...just like last year when Knights were tipped to be relegated from Division 2....haven't really got an idea or feel where our Northern counterparts + West Beach are at performance wise...we will take things one game at at time..........and pray a lot :)

*Sad for Knights to lose Jimmy Stewart to Saturday side Wanderers...will do well there, exceptional talent and a great character. Hopefully the few we 'appear' to have picked up. and potential others, will add some quality and depth for the hard battle ahead.

Having seen a couple of their games, albeit only preseason, they would be favourites for the drop.

And the other Premier Division teams you have seen pre-season are ???
Knights lost 12-1 (or something like that) to Parafield , 6-2 to the Downs and 0-6 to Fulham last pre-season...I thought we might struggle to stay in Division 2 based on that.....as it turns out we missed out by 1 point on winning the 2nd Division....go figure ?
We are under no illusions, it's a tough Division to stay in....all we can do is give it our best shot (no different to last season)...game by game, week by week, cliche by cliche....

Knowing the quality of division 1 and seeing the Knights play, is the basis for my assumption. Which team would you suggest are favourites for the drop then?
Unless the standard has dramatically dropped since last year, I stand by my comment.
