Mt Compass 3 - 1 Cobras

Cows 2 up at HT, and added a third shortly after the break. The first goal from Dan Coomber was the pick of the bunch.

However, it was never easy and the Cobras fought for everything. They pulled one back and pushed to the death with the crossbar and a fine save keeping them out in the dying moments.

Entertaining game. Monarchs have a few young players that really caused BOSA a bit of strife. The game was stopped midway through the second half with two players showing full committment only to come away with bad cuts on their heads. Big credit to the Monarchs medical team who showed absolute professionalism for both players. Both went to hospital and required stitches. . BOSA playing the remaining with 10 men due to no subs but did well to ride out the game.
It was a good game to watch. The Monarchs player that had the head clash is all good. Some stitches and back in action. Hope the BOSA player is all well. Did laugh when he was more concerned what his wife was going to say :D

Mt Compass 3 - 1 Prince Alfred
A turgid affair that Compass laboured to win, whilst never looking like losing.

Mt Compass 2 - 1 Bosa

Another tight game which The Cows won with a fortunte effort from the left, but over the 90 mins the lads deserved the win.

Credit to BOSA who threw 5 up-front for the last 5 mins and never let up all day. I think they will still have a big influence on the outcome of the division.

Titans 2 - 1 Mt Compass

Failing a miracle the Cows title dream is over.

We played very well, enjoying long spells of dominant football, and despite going ahead couldn't find the goals we needed.

We've come a long way from last season.

Mt Compass 2-0 Nthn Pitbulls

Another big thanks to Pitbulls, who for the second time this season forfeited on Friday afternoon! A real spoiler for our last home game of the season and more money wasted on matchday expenses.

Hopefully they turn up next week, otherwise the last 2 rounds will have been pointless. The scary thing is, if they played their forfeits they might have actually won this division.

Perhaps they'll show us all how good they are this week, if they show up!

You'll be hoping they not only play next week, but also take some points

A solid performance from The Cows. Very proud of our lads season.

Congratulations to Titans.
