Para Hills East 2014 Coaching Appointments

Post by Statto11 »

Para Hills East wish to announce the permanent appointment of Ryan (Alby) Bastable as First Team coach for season 2014.

Alby took charge of the first team just past the halfway point of the 2013 season. We feel that during this interim period Alby has warranted being given the chance to fully stamp his authority on the team. There were many encouraging signs towards the end of the year, not least the response from the players.

We also wish to announce the appointment of Sean Wootton as Reserve team coach. Sean came through our PHE junior teams and spent three years playing in goal for the seniors and returns after six years away. It will be great to have him back at the club.

Both Alby & Sean know each other well and we hope that they will form a successful partnership in guiding our A’s & B’s to success for next season.

We would also like to thank Ben Avery for his time in temporary charge of the B’s during the latter half of the 2013 season.

Good luck to Sean coaching the reserves, a good lad who I have had many conversations with over the years. Should do very well......
