Just to be correct, these are still draft plans with a couple of alterations pending. Pretty much how it will look though. Still dont have a start date but my aim is for September.

Looks great!

Is the funding coming mostly from the council?

No, we have a $400,000 Federal government grant as well as council funding.

My aim was to have this done within 5 years, its going to take 6 though :(

Sorry I meant I planned to have the development done with in 5 years, 6 years ago along with the other upgrades we've done. I'm hoping it completed by the start of next season.

Looking good... and when they dig it out to begin work can they use some of the excess land fill to flatten out the ground???

But seriously, it will definately be up there with the best facilities in the amateur league.

Baseball club.

We have half the facitlity with access to all four change rooms during our season. The dining/social area will be a fold away door allowing either club to use the other clubs side with approval.

Ski lift will also be installed for those who are too tired to make it back to the chalet.

Great work Jay,

I'm sure you farmers will be quite at home in the new Farm House.

Great looking return verandah. Should be able to get a few rockin chairs up there :P

And I know you are not in a wheelchair just yet but I can't see how one accesses the verandah. From the views it just appears to be stairs?

I heard the council might be saving some of the money for us.

:D

The Federal grant that we have will need to be spent by a certain date so its more frustration than a fear that it won't go ahead. Remember, its who you know

IFASC received the keys to the new clubroom on Friday, took some photos to show you all. Plans did change slightly from the pics in the original post, must say the build is quality, what they have done they have done to a very high standard
