Hutchy played for us last Sunday against Angle Vale. Moggy played the full 90 that game too. George is not out at the Vale this season as far as Im aware, he hasnt been to training and the talk is he wont be out. Did see him out having a look on Sunday though.

Lots of players getting used and tried as it's Pre season and with the amount of games we would rather not have the injuries. Hutchy was not available

Good contest last night, Bosa scored 2 in the first 10 min but after that I think we started to get on top. In the end I thought we were very unlucky not to get at least a draw, Bosa keeper pulled off a couple of great saves. Good bunch of lads and great surface but the pitch was so narrow it was laughable

Enjoyable game, pity I'm woefully unfit.

Had a good kick with Vale - a good bunch of lads, apart from the terrible referee - was good fun. Lucky to sneak away with the win to be honest, but as a first hit out and a young line up - we are happy.
Tommy: We've lost Gorgeous George.

Brick Top: Well, where'd you lose him? He ain't a set of fucking car keys now, is he? And it ain't as if he's incon-fucking-spicuous now, is it?

Was definately some good signs with some new and young faces, and after the first 10 it was alot tighter. As for the pitch im fair sure from what i understand the cricket pitch was the reason why it was so narrow, i know there was a game meant for sunday and possibly sat. Not much they can do really. Bit of a shame but early on in preseason probably doesnt hurt for the outfield boys to not have as much space to cover

I don't know what you would mean by an easy season but we did achieve promotion with 4 games to go and win the league with 3 games to go.

I also don't think that any side we played last year was even close to the standard that Ingle Farm was at.

So take out of that what you will.

That makes things interesting with both groups going down to the last game then.

Parafield only have an extra goal advantage.

We only have an extra goal advantage as well and given the mutual animosity between us and Sts it should result in a fairly 'competitive' game.

I see the SAASL are doing a fantastic job of informing members/general public up to date results and tables of the preseason cup.

Is the SAASL website still down, because I can't seem to access it?
