He gave one of our players a straight Red a couple of years ago 10mins in a Cup Semi final for swearing ( "your bottle of shiraz joking" is what the player said) which we then won & then went on to win the Cup Final...
That same player did a ACL in 2002 when we won the League poor barstard..
Then we had him in the Chicken Sheild & he gave the same player a straight Red for a 50/50 challenge which he then went on to send 3 of our players off & book another 6???
No wonder Mohamad tore his card up when he literally shoved it in his face, & I'm not condoning what Mo did just understand why he did...
I really do hope the Premier League Clubs do get together & get a referee grading system up & running where referees are accountable. Pay them more & Expect more if they don't perform drop them to a lower division on less money. Then you can reward the best Referee for the year with a award & also Cup Finals where they should get paid alot more money..

I do call it the way I see it but I do have some differing opinions though on what happens off the field that I don't always put up here.
