you are a tool,
the reserves gave you a total football lesson and took at least 6 players off for the 2nd half, your boys did well in
your cup final against the a's but if the farmers had their 1st team goalie and more match practice
they would've slaughtered you and you know it, your boys gave it their all and deserved the draw.

You should do well in Div 2, you have made a good couple of good pick ups but give respect where its due and don't be a nob all your life.

the smilie face at the end of the comment indicate it was said tongue in cheeck. why are you so sensitive???

a btw, we were talking 1st team werent we????

please dont make excuses, as all teams have players missing (we had 3), experiment and take players off. it was a good hit out for both teams and the farmers were great hosts!!!

There has been a lot of talk of late about the talent that ingle farm have, but from watching the game today i couldnt see what everyone is raving on about. There are definately some good players in the side, a solid defender at the back and a big and quick striker up front. The midfield seemed to lack pace and couldn't put their foot on the ball to service the forwards. This gave the raptor midfield quite a lot of time on the ball at times, even though they had no attacking options to aim for up front. It looks like the coach down there at ingle farm has got some thinking to do if he wants to compete for the title, and it will be interesting to see how the season pans out. As for raptors, they stood their own today and i think they will genuinely put up a challenge for the top spot in div 2.

I would have to agree with herewego, playing in todays game I thought that Farm was a good side, but they would have to to add a bit of speed at the back to give the Div 1 title a shake. I have heard a great deal about the Farm on this site & it may have been just a bad day out. It was difficult for both teams, having to run up a hill for a majority of the game and I can see how the slope of the pitch would give the farm boys a bit of an advantage during the year, as they will condition themselves to run out games better than other teams. A special thanks to the guys at the BBQ for giving me a free steak sandwich, just what the doctor ordered after a tough game. Good luck to the Farm for the season & I hope to be playing against you guys next year in Div 1 for points.

i think some of you guys on the forum need to lighten up a little, mega just seeks a reaction with most his comments (which he achieves more often than not) especially the ones with the smiley faces on the end!

indeed best of luck to the farmers for the forthcoming season hope you do well.

@ pele

for a nuetral, youre getting pretty fired up.

i challenge you to find any posts (this ear or last) that ive made where ive talked up the raptors.

my comment regarding the '3 passes' was made in response to a forumites opinion about the quality of the game...."crap game to watch"... his words not mine. well i didnt think it was a crap game.

the farmers had a magnificent year last year and it is something we aim to do.

if i didnt put the smilie face on the end, then by all means play the 'forum cop' and pull me up..

id really love you to explain the comment in bold

i suggest if you dont belong to the ingle farm club, dont stick your nose where it dont belong!!! :D (notice smilie face)

that's the most stupid argument ever. it's preseason, neither teams have had much match practice. hence why they were playing each other
