Which clubs will putting in a +35s team this year.

The Downs are and one thing we would like to try are games on a Friday night.

Would anyone of the clubs putting in a team be interested in this idea?

Good point - maybe a certain club could take a leaf out of PHW's book and enter two teams - one for their real over 35s and the other for their 19 year old over 35s!

Downs has and always will be a true +35s. Been one of the staunches supporters of the +35s league.

Keen to get it renamed to the +35s instead of Div 10. I think without exception all teams in Div 10 last year were +35s. Some teams did get a few ring-ins when short of players. But much rather have a game than see teams forfeit.

Great idea htfc as many of the players still struggle to play Sunday morning because of their "training" and "team building" activities on a Friday night!

I'd be up for it.

Do they go up to Div 9 or stay in Div 10?

I think vista should have enough players to field a +35's team.
And friday night game sounds like a good idea, that way they might be able to walk come the following tuesday to make training.

friday night with a kick off at the boozer and then head to a club to watch the fossils have a run would be the way to go. Clubs could make a bit of cash and away games the lads and supporters could get the old magic bus to make a night of it.
There is no I in team, but there is a u in suck...

No generalising Mr X but I think most of us know who field some fresher faced over 35s (and it ain't you or PHE!)

If it were the downs Steedy would have posted it everywhere with excessively big fonts.
