Who is coaching at Gleeson next season?

Is Sandy hanging around for another year? I also have heard of one player leaving. Haven't heard of any new signings yet. Care to enlighten us a bit.

John Alosi has fallen through for us. Damn Central Coast!

Sandy is a top bloke. Good to see he will still commute out there.

Can't mention the player that is thinking, not definate, in leaving.

Have you guys heard from Torsten. I haven't heard from him since he left. What's he doing next year? Is he going back up north to work again?

hey jay walking, you can keep walking if you think torsten is going back to you guys next year, and you can blame your coach for that.

as for the para hills player, he has said he wants to come, but we'll soon see at the start of pre season....

Great line, you should get a role as a stand up comedian.

As for Torsten, we haven't spoken to him as yet about next year despite him asking us half way through this year if we would have him back. If he wanted to come back, he woud be more than welcome but if he choses to stay at Gleeson, we would wish him well. We are all still mates and he still comes to our club functions to support us. Along with Sandy, another ex player of ours, they are great guys.

As for blaming the coach for Torsten leaving, I don't know where u got that idea from. Every player was told what they would need to do to be selected in the first team. Due to Toasty's work, we couldn't guarentee him a first team spot each week. He rang me to say that Gleeson would pick him in the first team weather he trained or not and that they would suit him better this year. We happily let him go and Simo was disappointed to lose him but in the end, everything worked out well for everyone. We have a strict training policy and it is one of the reasons why we get around 30-40 people for training each session.

We aren't chasing any current Para Hills players that I know of which makes a change for us lol. We are looking at 2 ex players of Para Hlls though. Who are you guys chasing cause Robbie said most of his core players are staying at Para? Was he a first teamer or 23's player?

Good Luck next season anyway. Watched you guys a couple of times last season and seemed like a good bunch of guys.

including sitting on the bench or actual game time?

you wouldve got more game time in 2 games than he has the time he has been at para hills.

that was just a joke walker, no serious intent there.im actually not 100% sure what toasty is doing next year, just stirring the pot...duno what gave you the idea that gleeson was a good bunch of lads??

as for peter mc dermott, he would have been a regular 1st team player if detriot wasnt the coach there, he didnt like peter as a person so he didnt pick him, simple as that.

All good grewcock. Having know a few of they boys there and knowing of some others, looks like a good group of mates.

I would of though Peter would be looking else where for 08. Not a bad pick up for who ever gets him.

I think there was talk of one of the coaches leaving and that Brian might replace this person. I forgot to ask him when I last spoke to him.

Are you going to play the Kevin Keegan Newcastle style, 8 Strikers, 2 defenders?

Obviously, you're not as on the ball as you think.

I saw him today, he's a good lad. (I say this because he said he is going to look to see who' saying what about him :D ).
Things I am owed because they're too tight to pay up:

Colossus: One House

Costa: One Lunch

Oh and add in

Colossus: one photo and one letter from his "attorney".

What is that supposed to mean hawksey? I heard he isnt staying, is that what your getting at?

And are Gleeson really going to push.... I severely doubt that.

Who is actually in their first team? Is Roberti and Lopresti stil out there??
