two top class keepers are in div 3....... dont think aldridge from what ive seen would be worthy of cleaning the boots of the ppt keeper...look outside the box...div 1 isnt the be all....
HULLSY........... HE'S THE KING OF THE CASTLE.......

ben aldridge by a country mile. anyone who wants to argue should go and talk to the super league clubs who were fighting for his signature at the start of the year. a good keeper doesnt just stop shots, he organises the players in front of him, benny is a great organiser.

i saw a couple of the Ingle Farm friendlyes, and he is easily the best keeper I have seen in the amatuers, made a couple of ammazing stops against West Beach in a friendly.
Last year, as a few people have mentioned, can go past Andy Allen, class act in goals, one of the longest standing keepers in SA, through numerous leagues, and a great bloke!
less than a goal a game No comparison. Hullys the best.
I may be wrong but I reckon Hullsy was best and fairest for the reserves last year as well - playing on the pitch. The lad is pretty versatile and sometimes it can be like having an extra sweeper back there. Very quick off the mark and will sacrifice the body as well. Which he did a couple of times against PHW...
There is no I in team, but there is a u in suck...
The State coach was down watching the Lion v Farm game yday & i heard he definately penciled the keeper Greenwood down, he is a class act probably our best pick up this season along with Donovan...
We are Liverpool Football Club and the expectations are so high.

How many goals you concede is a good measure of a keeper ( and the team as a whole )but it isn't the only parameter to judge a keepeer by.
Keeping goal is about stopping the opposition scoring, good positioning, organising your defense such that you have less shots to stop and distributing the ball accurately to your own team.
A goalkeeper is not just the last line of defense he is the first line of attack.
However, it seems that Hullsy has pretty much all of the above covered, and as mentioned by Legga he is a useful on-field player as well.
So at the moment I would think he has the No.1 No.1 in the bag.
