If a player recieves a red card in a league match is he suspended for the next match if it's a cup match, or does the suspension go for the next league match?

If a player recieves a red card in a league match is he suspended for the next match if it's a cup match, or does the suspension go for the next league match?

The player sent off is suspended for the next match he would otherwise have been eligible to play in, regardless if it is a League or Cup match. For example and noting that next week is a Cup round, if the team he usually plays for is still in the Cup then he can serve the suspension this week. If not then he has to serve his suspension the following week, which would be a League match.

If both teams had agreed to play the game with a Club Referee then yes.

Correct. In most cases, the club ref doesn't put down the cards on the team sheet, but if he does, then they count!
